Karamal Magazine: DIY Holographic

I was recently taken on as a contributor to Karamal Magazine  writing trend reports, covering events and doing a bi-weekly DIY posts online, as well as featuring in the print version. Below is a little excerpt from first DIY piece for them.

"OK, so if you haven’t noticed the current holographic trend I don’t know where you have been. It’s on the runways, it’s on celebrities and it’s recently hit the chain stores. It is however not for the faint of heart, and trying to find a piece that doesn’t look cheap and you can actually work into your wardrobe is a doozy.
Plus, if like me, you’re tempted to just blow the bank so you can get your hands on a pair of those Stella McCartney holographic heels, or those holographic brogues and pants by Hussein Chalayan and be simultaneously on trend but at the same time fashion forward (really have you seen anyone else on the streets rocking holographic, well, anything?), I may just have an alternative for you.
I recently also found these beyond crazy holographic T’s that would make any outfit extra terrestrial fabulous and these are what I used for the inspiration for this particular DIY project."
